February Party Review🥳🥳🥳

Thank you to everyone who came to the Party. It was a good night ! — people had fun, the atmosphere was great, and everything ran smoothly. Most importantly for the most part the place was respected and left without any damage. Really appreciate everyone contributing to a straightforward, enjoyable evening. It is exactly what we wanted, a night for you guys to have fun and let loose, meet new people and relax.

Updates!

So as many of you are aware we will be having another party as this one went very well the dates are expected to be Saturday the 4th of April (this is not confirmed at all) if we cannot do this date we will create a poll for you guys to choose to do it on the 11th or 25th.

Alcohol

The mid news: Due to an enormous amount of glass being smashed on the floor any glass bottles will need to be kept behind the bar and will need to be poured into a plastic shot glass or cups. Although this rule may feel inconvenient to some, the positive outcome is that it should significantly reduce the amount of alcohol that is stolen or goes missing.

The good news!: We are applying for a Event permit !!!! this allows us to legally sell alcohol and food. Alcohol will be sold at a 5-10% markup which is far cheaper then any pub and means you guys don't have to go out your way to buy and bring alcohol unless you want to.

Staff and numbers for the next party

The number of guests at this party was capped at 80 however our next one will be capped at 100 if and only if we have the necessary staff to guest ratio (8 guests to one staff member) If anyone is interested in helping out whether it be with cleaning door management or bar message me. Please however do not message me about this unless you are 100% sensible and trustworthy and are willing to not have any drink the entire night. Any Frivolous applications will not be appreciated

Music

Next time music will be sorted and requests will be taken. However i implore people to comment there music directly to me or on the group chat post before the event.

Banned= So our banned system works from level 3-1 (1 being the highest) These two gentlemen received a level 3 ban so they can appeal it at this link. (this is more of a warning then an actual ban)

Positives and negatives

Negatives: While behaviour overall was very good a couple things do need to change next time if we are going to keep hosting.

1. The toilets... while nothing was damaged glass was found in the toilets and the tissue rolls and air fresheners were found smashed and left outside and in the toilet itself.

2. The fire door! the door is tripped with an alarm and if it is kept open too long will call the fire brigade. Opening this door in the future will automatically be a level 3/2

3. Going outside and crowding at the main door: we did receive one noise complaint so in the future i ask that if you see crowding at the door or if you are asked to move back inside please go back in to the hall and wait for it to calm down a bit 😁

Positives!!!!

We really appreciated everyone’s cooperation and positive attitude throughout the night. The vibes were genuinely great — it was brilliant to see people mixing, chatting, and actually getting up and dancing 😂.

Some of you may not have noticed, but my mum and grandad were camping outside and popped in occasionally. They both agreed with me that everyone’s behaviour was excellent and that the atmosphere was friendly, respectful, and exactly what we hoped for.

Conclusion

Overall the party went great for us and i hope it went amazing for you guys, as long as this continues i can see many in the future. As mentioned at the start this blog will be edited from time to time and i hope you all take the opportunity to leave a review in the comments.
